When is the apartment available and when does it need to be vacated on the day of departure?
The apartments are available from 1.00 pm and must be vacated by 12:00 noon.
It is possible to request a late check-out by arranging it with the facility.
How can I get to the hotel?
Piazza Vittorio Suites are located at Piazza Vittorio Veneto number 13.
The restricted traffic area (download the map) can be avoided by parking in the underground garage.
The pedestrian exit is located right at the entrance to the facility.
To arrive from the airport, take either a taxi with special rates reserved for our guests or the Sadem shuttle to the Porta Nuova train station, where you can catch bus no.61 and arrive in Piazza Vittorio in five minutes.
From the Porta Susa train station, you can reach us in 7 minutes by taking bus no.55.
Where can I park?
The facility has a special arrangement with Vittorio Park Parking in Piazza Vittorio Veneto.

How can I book?
Reservations can be made online by filling out the form at the top left with your dates and the number of guests. You can also email or call us at 011 034 16 10.
Is the tourism tax included in the rate?
No, the tourism tax is not included in the rate. As of April 2, 2012, a tourism tax of € 2.30 per person per night is charged in Turin.
This tax must be paid together with the cost of the stay. Children under twelve years of age are not subject to the fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
Details on the cancellation policy can be found on your booking confirmation. Standard policies may be modified by certain promotions or special conditions.
Can I pay with credit card, debit card or rechargeable electronic card?
Yes, you can pay for your stay with cash or credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express, Pagobancomat, Bancoposta and electronic cards.
Is it possible to connect to the Internet?
Yes, Wi-fi is available throughout the facility and it is free of charge.
Is linen available?
Yes, each suite is provided with linen and daily cleaning.
What appliances are in the kitchen?
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a sink, induction hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and espresso and cappuccino machine.
What kitchenware is included?
The kitchen includes a set of dishes and cutlery, glasses, cups and pots.
Is there air conditioning in the apartments?
The whole facility is air conditioned and included in the price.
What languages are spoken at Reception?
We speak English and French.
Does the hotel have cots and high chairs?
Yes, the hotel provides cots, high chairs and strollers for children.
How far is the hotel from the historic centre of the city?
Piazza Vittorio Suites is right in the historic centre, you can reach all the main museums and monuments in just a few minutes and public transportation in not needed to reach them.
How do we get to Piazza Vittorio Suites from the train stations?
The nearest is the central train station of Porta Nuova and is about 5 minutes away by bus no.61.
From the Porta Susa train station, you can reach us in 7 minutes by taking bus no.55.
What is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Sandro Pertini di Caselle, 20km from the property. It takes about 40 minutes by bus and 30 minutes by taxi. Our guests can take advantage of a special taxi service rate.
How far is the hotel from the nearest bus stop?
The nearest bus station is adjacent to the hotel, 20 metres from the entrance.
